Prominent Education, part of the Xinlung Group, specialises in high-quality, tailored tuition across a wide range of subjects. Due to increasing demand, we are seeking an experienced tutor to deliver Economics GCSE tuition online.

Candidate requirements

Essential

• Proven track record of success teaching or tutoring GCSE Economics
• Minimum of 5 years’ teaching or tutoring experience
• Degree in Economics or a closely related subject
• Recognised teaching qualification
• Able and willing to provide an enhanced DBS check
• Right to work in the UK

Preferred

• Experience working as an examiner for GCSE Economics
• Experience teaching in a UK secondary school setting
• Experience creating Economics revision resources or practice assessments

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality one-to-one and small group online tuition in GCSE Economics
• Create tailored lesson plans, homework, and revision resources for students
• Provide clear, constructive feedback and set achievable learning goals
• Support students with exam technique and confidence-building
• Contribute to the development of internal resources and curriculum materials as needed
