Online ESL Teacher (Korean Students | Remote)
We are hiring motivated and professional Online ESL Teachers to work with Korean students of all ages in a structured, interactive virtual classroom. Teachers will deliver engaging English lessons, support student development, and help create a positive and encouraging learning experience using provided curriculum and digital teaching tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach online English lessons using company-provided curriculum and materials
- Conduct 25-, 15-, and 7-minute lessons depending on student needs
- Lead interactive, student-centered activities to build speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
- Track student progress and provide consistent, constructive feedback
- Complete daily lesson notes and student assessments
- Use Zoom and other online platforms to support instruction
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a supportive classroom environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Citizenship in the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom
- Stable wired internet connection (Ethernet required; Wi-Fi not accepted)
- High-quality headset with a working microphone (no earbuds)
- Professional, quiet home teaching environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt instruction to different learner levels
- Previous teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- ESL teaching certification (TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent)
- Experience working with beginner-level English learners
Schedule
- Evening Shift (KST): 18:00 – 24:00 (05:00 – 11:00 EST)
- Morning Shift (KST): 07:00 – 11:00 (18:00 – 22:00 EST)
- Minimum commitment: 4 consecutive hours per shift, 5 days per week
- Fixed schedule (non-negotiable)

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
