Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Online Marketing Associate to join our digital marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative professional passionate about driving online engagement, optimizing digital campaigns, and expanding brand presence across multiple channels. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that increase visibility, generate leads, and support our overall business objectives through innovative content creation, data analysis, and campaign management.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms including social media, search engines, and email channels.
- Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to optimize website content and improve organic search rankings.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and SEM strategies to maximize ROI.
- Manage and upload products on Shopify and Amazon.
- Create compelling content for blogs, social media posts, email marketing, and landing pages aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Design engaging graphics and visuals using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design principles to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain and update content management systems such as WordPress, Shopify and other CMS platforms to ensure website freshness and accuracy.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, marketing automation tools, and other analytics platforms; generate reports to inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on B2B marketing initiatives, e-commerce projects, and performance marketing efforts.
- Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, SEO best practices, social media management techniques, and emerging tools to continually improve campaign performance.
Skills
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs; strong understanding of SEO principles.
- Experience with conversion optimization techniques to enhance user engagement and lead generation.
- Expertise in social media marketing including Facebook Advertising, social media management tools, and content creation strategies.
- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design purposes.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, Amazon or other content management systems for website updates.
- Knowledge of Google Ads (AdWords), Google Analytics, Google AdWords platform for campaign setup and analysis.
- Basic design skill of photoshop, illustrator, and Canva for social media.
- Strong copywriting skills for creating compelling content tailored to target audiences.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools to nurture leads effectively.
- Ability to analyze data from various sources to measure campaign success and optimize future efforts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.
