We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Online Marketing Specialist to help plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts. You will play a key role in driving traffic, engagement, and conversions through various digital channels including SEO, social media, email, and paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement online marketing campaigns to support brand and sales objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day execution of campaigns across digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization for website and content marketing initiatives.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns—build lists, create content, and track performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop engaging digital assets.
  • Analyze campaign results, prepare performance reports, and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels using analytics tools.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and emerging online platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in online or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of web analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, GA4, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
