We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented
Online Marketing Specialist
to help plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts. You will play a key role in driving traffic, engagement, and conversions through various digital channels including SEO, social media, email, and paid advertising.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement online marketing campaigns to support brand and sales objectives.

Manage day-to-day execution of campaigns across digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).

Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization for website and content marketing initiatives.

Manage email marketing campaigns—build lists, create content, and track performance metrics.

Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop engaging digital assets.

Analyze campaign results, prepare performance reports, and recommend optimization strategies.

Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels using analytics tools.

Stay current with digital marketing trends and emerging online platforms.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in online or digital marketing.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and email marketing platforms.

Strong understanding of web analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, GA4, etc.).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
