Key Competencies That Will Make You Stand Out

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, master’s degree is a plus.
• Min. 5 years of experience in marketing, communication, or digital brand management, preferably in beauty, fashion, or FMCG industries.
• Proven expertise in holistic brand communication planning, digital and social media management, influencer/event marketing.
• Strong understanding of MEA consumer behavior and media landscape.
• Skilled in data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
• Excellent creative and project management abilities; able to manage multiple markets simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Based in Dubai with a valid work permit.

What to Expect in This Role

• Be part of creation and execution of 360° brand communication plans integrating digital, social media, PR, and offline activations.
• Execute and enhance brand image consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment with global brand strategy.
• Execute digital marketing and social media operations, paid/organic campaigns, content creation, influencer collaborations, and community engagement.
• Plan and implement PR initiatives, media relations, events, sponsorships, and retail activations to strengthen local brand relevance.
• Collaborate with agencies, content creators, and local partners to deliver impactful consumer experiences.
• Track and analyze campaign results using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta, Business Manager, etc.) and optimize based on insights.
• Monitor market and consumer trends to adapt strategies quickly and maintain competitiveness.
• Work cross-functionally with international marketing, sales, and trade teams to ensure market-specific execution excellence.
