Job Title: Online Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused, and results-driven Online Operations Manager to lead and execute end-to-end online campaigns at a ground level. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring seamless execution of online sales campaigns in collaboration with internal online teams and cross-functional departments. The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, drive online sales performance, improve customer experience, and ensure timely and effective campaign delivery aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Online Campaign Execution & Operations
- Own and execute the complete lifecycle of online campaigns, from planning to on-ground execution and post-campaign analysis.
- Coordinate closely with internal online teams (marketing, marketplace, CRM, logistics) to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Ensure adherence to campaign SOPs, timelines, and brand guidelines across all online platforms.
Vendor & Partner Management
- Lead negotiations with external vendors, service providers, and marketplace partners to ensure cost-effective and timely execution.
- Manage vendor onboarding, performance tracking, and regular follow-ups to meet campaign deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with agreed commercial terms, SLAs, and quality standards.
Team Coordination & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a central point of contact between online teams, supply chain, finance, HR, and marketing for campaign execution.
- Conduct regular coordination meetings to ensure alignment on goals, execution plans, and timelines.
- Support and guide internal teams to ensure smooth operations and quick issue resolution.
Customer Experience Management
- Ensure consistent and high-quality customer experience across all online touchpoints during campaigns.
- Handle escalated customer issues related to online orders, delivery, or campaign execution and ensure timely resolution.
- Implement initiatives to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty during online campaigns.
Reporting, Compliance & Cost Control
- Prepare and present detailed online operations and campaign performance reports to senior management.
- Monitor budgets, operational costs, and vendor expenses to maximize campaign profitability.
- Ensure compliance with legal, health, safety, and company policies across all online operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience in operations or online retail, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or execution-focused role.
- Strong experience in online campaign execution, vendor negotiation, and operational follow-ups.
- Proven ability to drive online sales performance and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, POS, and online retail/marketplace dashboards.
- Willingness to travel or work extended hours during peak campaign periods, if required.

Pay: ₹12,650.84 - ₹48,348.65 per month
