E-Commerce Product Listing Executive Intern

Key Responsibilities**

1. Product Listing & Catalog Management.

* Upload and manage product listings on platforms like **Amazon** and **Noon**.

* Ensure accurate product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing.

* Organize products into correct categories and subcategories.

#### **2. Content Optimization**

* Write and edit product descriptions using relevant keywords for SEO.

* Optimize listings to improve visibility and search rankings.

* Update listings with improved titles, bullet points, and images as needed.

#### **3. Marketplace Compliance**

* Ensure all listings follow marketplace guidelines (Amazon/Noon policies).

* Monitor and resolve any listing errors or warnings.

* Report counterfeit or unauthorized product issues when necessary.

#### **4. Inventory & Pricing Management**

* Coordinate with the inventory team to maintain stock accuracy.

* Monitor and update pricing based on competition and strategy.

* Identify and report out-of-stock or low-stock items.

#### **5. Order & Returns Support**

* Assist in monitoring daily orders and returns on marketplaces.

* Coordinate with the operations team for timely dispatch and delivery.

* Help resolve order-related issues raised by customers or platforms.

#### **6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting**

* Track product performance metrics (clicks, views, conversions).

* Maintain spreadsheets and reports on product listings and updates.

* Analyze best-performing products and suggest improvements.

#### **7. Coordination & Communication**

* Work closely with the content, marketing, and design teams.

* Coordinate with sellers or vendors for product information.

* Communicate regularly with Amazon and Noon seller support when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
