Online QC Inspector

Position Title: Online Quality Control (QC) Inspector

Location: Changa

Department: Quality Assurance

Reports To: QC Manager/Supervisor

Job Summary: The Online Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring that products meet established standards of quality and reliability before they are delivered to customers. This role involves reviewing and testing products, documenting findings, and working closely with production and development teams to resolve quality issues. The inspector will use various tools and software to perform inspections remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspection and Testing:
• Conduct detailed inspections of products using online tools and software.
• Perform tests to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Identify defects and issues, documenting them accurately.
• Documentation:
• Maintain detailed records of inspection processes, results, and corrective actions.
• Prepare quality reports and summaries for review by management.
• Document non-conformance reports and ensure proper follow-up.
• Communication:
• Communicate findings to the production team and collaborate on resolving quality issues.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement based on inspection results.
• Participate in quality meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Compliance:
• Ensure all inspection activities comply with company policies and industry standards.
• Stay updated on relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Training and Development:
• Assist in training new inspectors and production staff on quality control procedures.
• Stay current with new inspection techniques and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in quality control or a related field is preferred.
• Experience:
• Previous experience in a quality control or inspection role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Familiarity with online inspection tools and software.
• Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using online inspection tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic understanding of quality standards and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,504.61 - ₹17,504.63 per month
