Key Responsibilities:

• WORKING ON WEBSITE:
• Product Listing: Create and manage detailed product listings with accurate data, descriptions, and images. (Specially related to Surgical Instruments)
• Order Management: Process daily orders, ensure timely dispatch, and maintain stock records.
• Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Quality Control: Check listings for accuracy, pricing, and compliance with platform guidelines.
• Sales Analysis: Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements to enhance visibility and revenue.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Preferred but not mandatory; full training will be provided.
• Skills:
• Basic knowledge of Online platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with computers and data entry.
• Attitude: A self-starter who is eager to learn, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent results.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresher
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
