Online Sales Consultant / Online Sales Coordinator

EG Home is a growing energy-efficient design-forward homebuilder developing high-quality homes in several developments across the Northeast. We are seeking a highly personable, responsive, and detail-oriented Online Sales Consultant to serve as the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers.

This role is critical to the success of our sales organization, acting as the central hub for all inbound buyer inquiries across digital and phone channels. You will engage, qualify, nurture leads and guiding prospective buyers through the early stages of their journey and converting interest into scheduled appointments with our community sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Conversion
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound leads via website inquiries, marketing campaigns, third-party platforms, phone, email, and live chat
- Respond to all inquiries promptly, professionally, and with a customer-first mindset
- Qualify prospects by understanding timeline, budget, buying intent, desired community, and home preferences
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions within CRM (Lasso)
- Execute consistent follow-up strategies and nurture campaigns to convert leads into appointments
Appointment Setting & Sales Support
- Convert qualified leads into scheduled appointments with community sales teams
- Coordinate scheduling through shared calendars and ensure seamless handoff
- Provide Sales Consultants with detailed prospect insights prior to appointments
- Track lead progression, appointment outcomes, and engagement metrics
Customer Experience & Sales Process
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience as the first impression of EG Home
- Act as a knowledgeable resource on communities, home models, pricing, and the building process
- Build rapport quickly and establish trust with prospective buyers
- Handle questions and early-stage objections with professionalism and empathy
Marketing & Digital Support
- Assist in maintaining and updating the company website, including inventory, pricing, site maps, and photography
- Coordinate professional photography, Matterport tours, and virtual staging
- Create and maintain MLS listings and ensure integration with website lead capture
- Support email marketing campaigns and digital initiatives
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with community sales teams and marketing
- Provide occasional onsite support at communities for events, coverage, and high-traffic periods
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment between lead generation and sales execution
Systems, Process & Continuous Improvement
- Utilize CRM (Lasso), ClickUp, and scheduling tools to manage workflows
- Follow established scripts, processes, and best practices while contributing to ongoing improvements
- Participate in sales training, coaching, and professional development
- Continuously build knowledge of product offerings, communities, and buyer profiles
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (sales, customer service, or similar)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and high volumes of communication
- Comfort working with CRM systems and digital tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in inside sales, lead-qualification, or appointment setting
- Background in real estate, homebuilding, or related industries
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Lasso
