We are looking for a proactive IndiaMART Online Sales Executive to manage incoming leads, convert enquiries into orders, and build strong relationships with B2B customers through the IndiaMART platform. Key Responsibilities Handle daily IndiaMART leads (calls, messages, emails) promptly Understand customer requirements and quote prices accurately Convert enquiries into confirmed orders and repeat business Follow up with leads systematically until closure Maintain and update CRM / lead status on IndiaMART Coordinate with accounts, dispatch, and warehouse teams Build long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and stockists Achieve monthly sales targets Report daily activity and performance to management Required Skills & Qualifications Experience handling IndiaMART / B2B online leads (mandatory preferred) Good communication skills (English + local language) Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, email, Excel) Sales mindset with strong follow-up skills Ability to handle pressure and targets Pharma / FMCG / Wholesale experience is an added advantage Experience 0–3 years (Freshers with good communication can apply) Prior IndiaMART handling experience preferred Work Type Full-time Office-based Salary & Incentives Fixed salary + performance-based incentives Growth opportunity based on performance Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Lead response time Enquiry-to-order conversion ratio Monthly sales value Repeat customer rate
