Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Online Sales Executive to handle sales through digital platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other e-commerce/social media channels. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers online, processing inquiries, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries and orders via WhatsApp, social media, and online channels.
  • Promote products/services and share offers to increase sales.
  • Convert leads into sales through effective communication and persuasion.
  • Maintain order records, update sales sheets, and coordinate with the operations/delivery team.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Support marketing campaigns by responding to online promotions and ads.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress regularly.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Undergraduate with strong communication skills.
  • Experience in online sales, tele-sales, or customer service preferred.
  • Good knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and online sales tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats/orders simultaneously.
  • Basic MS Office / Google Sheets knowledge for tracking sales.
  • Positive attitude, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,569.32 - ₹37,431.23 per month

Work Location: In person
