Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and presentable Female Online Sales & Enquiry Executive to handle customer enquiries and online sales through social media and messaging platforms. The candidate should be active on Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp and able to convert enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, Facebook Messenger, and calls
• Share product details, prices, photos, and videos with customers
• Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed orders
• Update customers about new collections, offers, and availability
• Coordinate with the store/team for order processing and dispatch
• Maintain daily enquiry and sales records
• Respond politely and promptly to customer messages
• Assist in basic social media posting and engagement (likes, replies, comments)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Graduate preferred
• Experience in online sales, boutique, fashion, or customer support preferred
• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business
• Basic knowledge of replying to customer queries professionally
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English; local language preferred)
• Sales-oriented and customer-friendly attitude

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Female candidate with experience in fashion, boutique, or online business
• Comfortable using smartphone and social media apps
• Active, quick learner, and target-focused
