Position Summary
We’re looking for a detail-driven, creative, and organized individual to oversee and grow our online sales channels. This role manages our website, Amazon, Walmart, and social media storefronts to ensure all online orders are processed accurately, shipped on time, and represented with on-brand visuals and messaging.

You’ll handle everything from product listings and inventory updates to customer service, returns, and performance tracking—ensuring a seamless experience for every online customer.

Core Responsibilities

Order Management & Fulfillment

  • Process and fulfill online orders from our website, Amazon, Walmart, social media shops and more.
  • Coordinate shipping and tracking, ensuring timely delivery and accurate order processing.
  • Handle returns, refunds, and customer issues with professionalism and care.

Platform & Content Management

  • Keep all online platforms updated with current products, prices, and promotional material.
  • Maintain alignment with Old Florida Gourmet’s branding, photography, and copy standards.
  • Upload new product images, descriptions, and variations as needed.
  • Ensure listings meet compliance standards across Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplaces.

Customer Service

  • Monitor customer messages and reviews across platforms.
  • Resolve issues quickly and positively, maintaining our reputation for premium service.
  • Identify patterns in feedback and collaborate with leadership to improve customer experience.

Marketing & Growth

  • Coordinate with marketing on campaigns, promotions, and digital launches.
  • Monitor analytics (traffic, conversion rates, reviews) and suggest ways to improve performance.
  • Stay current with e-commerce and digital marketing trends to help Old Florida stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Shopify or equivalent, Walmart Seller Center, Meta Shops).
  • Experience in online order management, fulfillment, and customer service.
  • Knowledge of shipping workflows and logistics best practices.
  • Familiarity with SEO, product photography, and digital merchandising.
  • Eye for design and brand consistency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

You have a good sense of design, understand how people shop online, and are eager to help grow a national brand that’s Quality-Obsessed, Flavor-Driven, Clean & Gourmet.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 35 per week
