Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 (Based on experience)

POSITION SUMMARY

The Online Sales Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end growth across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Exalon’s Shopify/website. This role requires a strong leader with marketplace expertise, data-driven decision making, and the ability to manage a junior team (Ecommerce team + warehouse coordination).

He/She will be accountable for revenue, returns, ads performance, rankings, listings, and profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Marketplace Management (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho)

Own the complete P&L of online channels.

Create, optimize, and scale product listings.

Manage titles, bullet points, keywords, attributes, A+ content.

Monitor rankings daily and push top 10 SKUs to bestseller zones.

Analyze return reasons and reduce RTO/returns by 20–40%.

Coordinate with warehousing team for packaging, QC, dispatches.

2. Online Sales Growth & Revenue Management

Achieve monthly revenue targets:

Amazon

Flipkart

Meesho

Shopify

Build daily/weekly sales plans with clear targets.

Increase conversion rates through content improvements and pricing decisions.

3. Advertising & Performance Marketing

Manage Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, and Meta/Google Ads for website.

Reduce ACOS and increase ROAS through continuous optimization.

Create daily and weekly advertising reports.

Scale winning campaigns and control ad wastage.

4. Shopify Website

Oversee homepage, collections, product pages, CRO, and navigation.

Ensure high-speed performance on mobile and desktop.

Run website promotions, marketing funnels, remarketing campaigns.

Improve conversion rate to 2–3%.

5. Team Management & Coordination

Manage the daily work output of:

Digital Marketing & SEO Team

Ensure proper listing quality

Weekly SEO fixes

Marketplace coordination

Reporting discipline

Creatives/ Designing Team

Ensure professional listing images

Infographics

Lifestyle shoots

Website banners

Coordinate with Warehouse team

RTO reduction

Return management

Dispatch speed

Customer service / reviews management

Ensure 4+ star rating across all platforms

The Online Sales Manager must act as the captain of the online division.

6. Reporting & Analytics

Daily sales dashboard at 8 PM.

Weekly performance report across all platforms.

Profitability report for top 20 SKUs.

Inventory planning report in coordination with warehouse.

Competition pricing and ranking analysis.

7. Operational Excellence

Identify and fix listing gaps.

Maintain catalogue hygiene.

Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines.

Handle claims, penalties, reimbursement requests.

Ensure zero listing errors, zero delays, zero price mismatches.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Must-Have Experience

3–8 years in Amazon + Flipkart marketplace management.

Proven history of achieving online sales targets.

Deep understanding of marketplace SEO.

Strong experience in managing PPC ads and budgets.
