Online Sales & Marketing Manager (Part-Time, Hybrid) – Charlotte Vitamins

Charlotte Vitamins is a trusted local health and supplement retailer with decades of customer loyalty. We’re looking for a creative, motivated Online Sales & Marketing Manager to help expand our digital presence and grow both online and in-store sales.

You’ll work closely with our General Manager to manage the website, social media, Google Business profile, and customer communications — creating a consistent and engaging experience across all channels.

You’ll:

• Manage website updates, promotions, and online content.
• Plan and post engaging social media content.
• Run email and text campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
• Improve Google visibility and online reputation.
• Coordinate loyalty programs and local delivery communications.

We’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, online sales, or e-commerce.
• Proficiency with website and marketing tools (Lightspeed, Marsello, Shopify, or WordPress).
• Familiarity with social media management, Google Business, and SEO fundamentals.
• Experience using email/SMS marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.).
• Strong writing, design, and organizational skills.
• Independent, reliable, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Interest in health, wellness, and supplements is a plus.

Pay: $25–$30/hour (10–20 hours/week, hybrid schedule).
