Online Sales Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Online Sales Officer to drive growth across leading online marketplaces within the Baby & Mom category. This role focuses on managing product listings, executing promotional campaigns, coordinating stock availability, and ensuring strong brand presence while meeting sales targets for maternity, feeding, baby care, and nursery products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily marketplace operations for baby feeding, maternity, baby care, and nursery product ranges.
  • Optimize product listings with accurate specifications, safety certifications, lifestyle images, and SEO-friendly content.
  • Plan and execute promotions around seasonal events, newborn essentials, back-to-school, and parenting campaigns.
  • Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, and category share and prepare performance reports.
  • Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure healthy stock levels for fast-moving SKUs and hero items.
  • Manage sponsored ads and brand stores within marketplace platforms.
  • Track competitor activity, pricing, and new launches in the Baby & Mom space.
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace rules related to infant products, labeling, and safety standards.
  • Work with marketing teams to launch bundles, gift sets, and category-specific offers.
  • Monitor customer reviews and ratings and propose improvements to product pages and service levels.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience managing marketplace accounts in Baby, FMCG, or health-related categories.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller platforms, and Mumzworld vendor systems.
  • Strong understanding of Baby & Mom consumer behavior and online merchandising.
  • Advanced Excel skills and data-driven decision making.
  • Strong coordination skills across commercial, warehouse, and marketing teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
