Role Summary
We are seeking an Online Sales Platform Coordinator to oversee the digital sales ecosystem for our flagship Veterinary X-Ray systems. In this critical role, you will be the gatekeeper and primary guide for our US domestic market. You will be responsible for vetting potential customers, approving purchases, and expertly navigating our clients through the regulatory and logistical hurdles of installing X-ray equipment.
Furthermore, you will act as the crucial bridge between our US operations and our global headquarters, collaborating with international sales teams to evaluate, refine, and optimize our domestic online business model.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Vetting & Platform Management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the online sales platform for our veterinary X-ray products.
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound online inquiries; meticulously vet and approve potential customers to ensure they meet clinical and operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer data, sales pipelines, and platform metrics using our CRM and e-commerce backend.
Regulatory & Installation Guidance
- Act as a consultative partner to veterinary practices, guiding them step-by-step through the regulatory requirements necessary for X-ray installation (e.g., state-specific radiation control boards, facility shielding requirements, and safety protocols).
- Coordinate with third-party installers, internal technical support, and clinical staff to ensure a seamless transition from online purchase to successful practice installation.
Global Coordination & Strategic Refinement
- Collaborate closely with Global Sales at our international headquarters to ensure the US online sales strategy aligns with broader company objectives.
- Continuously monitor, evaluate, and refine the US online business model. Provide actionable feedback to leadership on market trends, pricing strategies, platform user experience, and competitive threats.
- Spearhead initiatives to streamline the online buying process, reducing friction for veterinarians while maintaining strict compliance standards.

- Regulatory Competence: Basic understanding of (or strong willingness to learn) state and federal regulations regarding radiation-emitting devices and facility compliance; familiarity with regulations in the Western U.S. highly recommended.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to analyze business models, evaluate sales processes, and implement continuous improvements.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex regulatory or technical steps into clear, manageable actions for customers.
