About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Online & Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence. This role is fully remote and requires strong communication skills, creativity, and an understanding of social media trends and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, graphics, and short-form videos.
• Plan and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the online community.
• Track and analyze performance metrics using analytics tools.
• Optimize content based on insights and performance data.
• Manage paid social media campaigns and boost posts where necessary.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Support website updates, blog publishing, and basic SEO tasks if required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, Digital Marketing Executive, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and trends.
• Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, Google Analytics, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and online marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Experience running paid social media ads.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
• Experience with email marketing platforms.
