Online Spoken English Instructor (Full-Time & Part-Time) – Remote

Rise with TJ is hiring committed and professional Online English Instructors for long-term positions.

We are looking for serious candidates who can fully commit to the schedule.

Full-Time Position (6 Hours Daily) Regular Timings:

Tue–Sat: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (4 hours)

(Timings may vary slightly depending on student availability.)

Ramadan Timings:

Tue–Sat: 7:30 PM – 12:30 AM

• 1 additional hour in daytime (depending on student availability)

Sunday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Salary:

Rs. 22,000/month
Performance-based increase to Rs. 25,000 after 3 months (based on punctuality, performance & retention).

Part-Time Position (4 Hours Daily)Timings:

Tue–Sat: 7:30 PM – 11:30 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Salary:

Rs. 16,000/month

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging online English sessions (kids & adults)
• Deliver structured and pre-planned lessons
• Track student progress and provide updates
• Maintain discipline and professionalism
• Remain active and responsive during working hours
• Provide prompt responses during shift
• Maintain quality standards (sessions may be monitored)

Requirements

• Fluent English with clear, neutral accent
• Confident and professional communication skills
• Laptop mandatory (no mobile/tablet)
• Stable internet & power backup
• Professional setup (desk & chair required)
• Punctual, responsible & serious about long-term commitment

Important Conditions

• 30-day notice required before resignation
• No leaves during first 2 weeks
• Maximum 2 leaves per month (not consecutive; weekends not allowed except approved cases)
• Strict punctuality policy
