Online Teacher

An Online Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging, structured, and interactive lessons to students via digital platforms. The role involves teaching academic subjects, communication skills, or specialized areas (like music, arts, or test prep) depending on the employer’s requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live online classes using video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, or proprietary apps).
• Deliver demo sessions to prospective students and help with enrollment.
• Follow the curriculum and lesson plans provided by the institution.
• Create an interactive learning environment that keeps students motivated.
• Assess student performance and provide feedback/reports to parents or guardians.
• Maintain class records and attendance logs.
• Use digital tools (presentations, whiteboards, quizzes) to enhance learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree (preferred in Education or relevant subject).
• Strong communication skills (English/Hindi; additional languages are a plus).
• Prior teaching/tutoring experience (online or offline).
• Comfortable with technology – laptop, webcam, stable internet connection.
• Ability to engage students with creative teaching methods.
• Patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for teaching.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
