Role Overview

We are seeking passionate and skilled Online Teachers/Tutors who can deliver high-quality virtual classes using engaging teaching strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for educators who are comfortable with digital tools, student-cantered instruction, and curriculum-aligned teaching across different boards.

You will be teaching students through live, interactive online classes (1:1 or small groups), following structured lesson plans, assessments, and learning objectives provided by MySkool.

Key Responsibilities

1. Live Online Teaching

• Conduct live online classes for students (1:1 or small groups).
• Maintain high student engagement through interactive teaching methods.
• Use digital tools (Zoom/Google Meet/MySkool LMS) for effective delivery.
• Teach concepts aligned to CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE standards where applicable.

2. Lesson Preparation

• Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and supplementary learning materials.
• Customize teaching methods based on age, student level, and learning needs.
• Ensure all lessons follow MySkool’s structured curriculum and learning outcomes.

3. Assessment & Feedback

• Assign homework, worksheets, and practice activities as required.
• Conduct assessments for concept clarity and skill mastery.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Track student progress and maintain digital academic records.

4. Communication & Professional Conduct

• Communicate regularly with parents on progress and concerns.
• Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and decorum in online sessions.
• Participate in training, meetings, and academic workshops when required.

Subject-Specific Responsibilities

Mathematics & Science Teachers

• Strong command over Grade 1–10 concepts.
• Ability to simplify complex topics through examples and real-life applications.
• Experience with problem-solving, numeracy drills, experiments (home-friendly), and conceptual clarity sessions.

Personality Development Tutors

• Ability to teach communication skills, confidence building, leadership basics, public speaking, teamwork, and growth mind-set.
• Conduct role-plays, debates, presentations, storytelling, and reflection tasks.

Kannada & Hindi Tutors

• Strong command over reading, writing, grammar, spoken fluency, and comprehension.
• Ability to design practice-based learning: speaking drills, grammar exercises, activities, stories, and cultural context.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant subjects OR B.Ed/M.Ed (preferred).
• Prior online teaching or tutoring experience (1–5 years preferred).
• Strong subject expertise and communication skills.
• Ability to handle young learners (Grades 1–10) with patience and clarity.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and virtual learning platforms.

Technical Requirements

• Comfortable using Zoom/Google Meet and LMS portals.
• Familiarity with digital whiteboards, screen sharing, and online worksheets.
