Salary:

• 37K + Up to 15K incentives

Requirements:

✔ Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Required)
✔ Experience: Fresh candidates or minimum 4 months of relevant experience
✔ Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in Online Technical Support

Job Responsibilities:

Complaint Analysis – Identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently
Deep Dive into Key Parameters of Flash Fiber – Ensuring optimal network performance
