Online Tutor(Trainer)

We are seeking qualified and experienced Online Tutors (Trainers) for the subject Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice.
The selected trainer will conduct virtual classes, evaluate student assignments, and ensure the delivery of quality academic guidance aligned with international standards.

This is a part-time, contractual role based on per lecture and per assignment compensation, ideal for education professionals who wish to contribute to a structured online learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and well-structured online sessions on Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice.
• Assess and grade assignments, providing constructive feedback to learners.
• Ensure alignment of teaching content with course objectives and assessment criteria.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
• Participate in periodic academic meetings or training sessions as required.
• Support students in understanding internal quality assurance principles and best practices.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

• Education:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Education, Training, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Candidates holding a Master’s degree (18 years of education) will be preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching or training experience, preferably in assessment, quality assurance, or education management.
• Prior experience with international diploma or vocational training programs will be an advantage.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of quality assurance in assessment processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to conduct interactive online classes using digital platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams).
• Strong organizational and evaluation skills.

Contract Terms & Compensation:

• Contract Duration: 6 Months (Renewable based on performance and enrollment)
