ONLY SIRA CERTIFIED PATROLING SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a vigilant and experienced Security Patrolling Supervisor with a valid SIRA Certification to oversee mobile patrol operations, ensure site security, and respond to incidents efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrolling of assigned locations to ensure safety and compliance.
• Supervise patrolling security officers and monitor their performance.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations.
• Prepare daily patrolling reports, incident reports, and activity logs.
• Maintain communication with control room and site supervisors.
• Ensure SIRA guidelines, security protocols, and company procedures are followed.
• Identify security risks and recommend preventive measures.
• Coordinate with clients, management, and authorities when required.

Requirements:

• Valid SIRA Certificate (mandatory) – Patrolling/Supervisor category preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE security experience.
• Strong leadership, observation, and decision-making skills.
• Good knowledge of UAE locations and emergency response procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle critical situations.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office for reporting).
• Physically fit, disciplined, and professional in behavior.
