The Vail Gondola Club is located steps away from Gondola One in Vail Village. Managed by the Cordillera Property Owners Association, the Vail Gondola Club is an exclusive Ski Club providing first-class service in a comfortable and inviting environment.

Community Summary
The Cordillera Property Owners Association’s (CPOA) is a private homeowners association serving the needs and interests of Cordillera property owners. The CPOA owns and manages the following amenities for the private enjoyment of homeowners:
  • The Athletic Center of Cordillera: A 16,000 square foot, completely renovated and expanded athletic center, with indoor pool, expansive cardio, weight room and class space, outdoor spa and patio.
  • The Short Course: An executive par 3 golf course on The Divide.
  • The Cordillera Post Office: For convenient receipt and processing of mail and packages, open Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.
  • The Trailhead Clubhouse: A community gathering space for social events, outdoor pools and playgrounds open in the summer.
  • The Cordillera Vail Gondola Club: A member’s only ski club located a stone’s throw from Gondola One in Vail.
  • The Cordillera Private Fishing Parcel: Cordillera living includes access to 1.3 miles of private fly fishing on the Eagle River. Six “beats” (lengths of river) are available by reservation, providing a fishing experience of unparalleled quality—and unique to the Vail Valley.

Role Summary
The Golf Course Greenskeeper will assist with the golf operations and services, including golf course maintenance, day-to-day operation of the Golf Courses, Golf Course Maintenance Department, Pro Shop, Driving Range, etc.

Responsibilities
  • Assists in responding to golf course maintenance requests, homeowner concerns, and problems.
  • Ensures that the golf course facilities and associated facilities are maintained in accordance with acceptable maintenance standards.
  • Takes appropriate action to ensure that unsafe practices or conditions are corrected.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Knowledge of golf course maintenance.
  • Knowledge of general maintenance requirements (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)
  • Knowledge of general office equipment (copier, fax, phone systems, etc.).
  • Professional customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
  • Time management and time-critical prioritization skills.
  • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish fluent)
  • Ability to work weekends

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Ability to climb stairs, ladders, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or reach frequently.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally heavier with assistance.
  • Manual dexterity to operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely.
  • Visual acuity to inspect equipment, read gauges, and perform detailed tasks.
  • Hearing ability to detect alarms, equipment sounds, and verbal instructions in noisy environments.
  • Ability to work in varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, dust, noise, outdoors).
  • Ability to wear and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Ability to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, on-call, and overtime as required.

Pay and Benefits
$24.00 to $26.00 per hour, depending on education and experience.
