Onsite Marketing Manager (Hybrid) Real Estate

Compensation

• Basic Salary: PKR 75,000/month
• Commission: Up to PKR 20,000/month (equivalent to 50–100 AUD) based on performance

We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and energetic Onsite Marketing Manager to join our growing team at Geeks Select in Rawalpindi.

If you love experimenting with new marketing ideas, creating engaging content, and driving measurable results — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Funnels & Campaigns: Design and optimize high-converting landing pages, lead magnets, and email sequences to grow our audience.
• Video Marketing: Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos with strong hooks and engaging captions for social media. (Video editing is a must)
• Influencer & Lead Outreach: Identify and connect with relevant influencers and potential clients (~25 per week) on LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
• Content & Design: Create impactful blogs, guides, PDFs, and infographics tailored for different audience segments.
• Community Engagement: Manage and grow WhatsApp groups and other channels to nurture leads and build brand loyalty.
• CRM Management: Use GoHighLevel (or similar tools) to track leads, monitor performance, and maintain transparent reporting.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in digital marketing funnels (GoHighLevel or equivalent).
• Strong skills in video editing and graphic design (Canva, Adobe Premiere, or Descript).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp marketing.
• Bonus: Experience with AI-powered marketing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI).
• Preferred: Candidates with Real Estate marketing experience.
• Must be able to work full-time onsite (hybrid model) at our Rawalpindi office.
