Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential leads for IT hardware supply (laptops, desktops, peripherals, etc.) through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and strategic networking.
  • Visit client sites across Dubai and nearby regions to conduct initial discussions and collect technical/commercial requirements.
  • Following up on dormant or disconnected leads and revives potential business opportunities through proactive communication.
  • Create and submit basic proposals with a keen understanding of client needs and available product options.
  • Coordinate closely with the technical and inside sales team to ensure seamless follow-up and closure.
  • Build a rapport with IT decision-makers and develop a strong sales pipeline for supply, with long-term
  • potential for project-based and service-based upselling.


Requirements
Experience:
  • 2 3 years of sales experience, preferably in IT hardware supply, B2B sales, or technology procurement.
  • Fluency in English is a must. Additional command of Hindi, Malayalam, or Arabic is highly valued.
  • Must be willing to travel across the city for client meetings and site visits.
  • Geographical knowledge of Dubai will be an advantage.
  • UAE Driving License will be considered an advantage.
Technical Skills:
  • Candidates with a technical understanding of IT hardware (laptops, desktops, networking basics) will be prioritized.
  • Ability to research and approach the right contacts using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Capable of using CRMs and lead-tracking tools for systematic sales engagement.
  • Proficient in professional email writing and WhatsApp Business conversations.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication with persuasive storytelling ability.
  • Skilled at handling objections, building trust, and following up till closure.
  • Street-smart, target-driven, and always looking for the next opportunity.
