ONSITE UPWORK BIDDER

Job Description
Note: Full-Time Onsite Position, Evening Shift
Location: Saddar, Rawalpindi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads by bidding on relevant projects on Upwork on a daily basis.
  • Prepare tailored, persuasive, and well-researched proposals for potential clients.
  • Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their business needs and project requirements.
  • Schedule client meetings and coordinate closely with the internal team for smooth project execution.
  • Negotiate project scope, timelines, and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Convert qualified leads into confirmed projects and successfully close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of bids, client communications, and follow-ups.
  • Monitor market trends and continuously optimize bidding and sales strategies.
  • Ensure all activities align with company policies and platform (Upwork) guidelines.
  • Meet assigned sales targets and actively contribute to overall business growth.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Business Development, preferably on Upwork, Fiverr, or similar freelancing platforms.
