Note: Full-Time Onsite Position, Evening Shift
Location: Saddar, Rawalpindi
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads by bidding on relevant projects on Upwork on a daily basis.
- Prepare tailored, persuasive, and well-researched proposals for potential clients.
- Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their business needs and project requirements.
- Schedule client meetings and coordinate closely with the internal team for smooth project execution.
- Negotiate project scope, timelines, and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed projects and successfully close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of bids, client communications, and follow-ups.
- Monitor market trends and continuously optimize bidding and sales strategies.
- Ensure all activities align with company policies and platform (Upwork) guidelines.
- Meet assigned sales targets and actively contribute to overall business growth.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Business Development, preferably on Upwork, Fiverr, or similar freelancing platforms.
