Experience Required:

Minimum 1 year in Business Development (Upwork/Fiverr or relevant platforms)

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Qualification:
Actively identify, evaluate, and pursue promising opportunities on Upwork that align with the company’s capabilities and growth objectives.

Proposal Development:
Create well-structured, customized proposals that effectively communicate our expertise, highlight value, and increase the chances of securing projects.

Client Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication, professionalism, and exceptional service.

Project Negotiation & Coordination:
Negotiate project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure mutually beneficial agreements, and oversee smooth delivery of projects with high-quality standards.

Performance Monitoring:
Analyze proposal conversion rates and key performance indicators to identify improvements, refine strategies, and enhance overall business development outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in Upwork bidding and project acquisition
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
