OOH Director (Agency Experience)

We are looking for a OOH Director for our client. Our client is a leading global marketing and communications group with a strong creative and digital footprint across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative development and execution of all non-broadcast video projects, including digital campaigns, social content, and short-format videos,
• Develop compelling storyboards and moodboards that translate campaign ideas into production-ready concepts,
• Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to deliver brand-aligned creative solutions,
• Plan and manage all stages of the production process (shooting, casting, location, post-production, etc.),
• Elevate and maintain the agency’s standards in digital visual content creation,
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and budget control,
• Stay up to date with platform trends, short-form video formats, and emerging digital content opportunities, offering proactive creative recommendations.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience within advertising agencies, production companies, or creative content fields,
• Strong understanding of social media video dynamics, short-form content, and digital campaign requirements,
• Exceptional visual storytelling skills and a strong creative eye,
• Solid production knowledge, including shooting processes, teams, equipment, and post-production workflows,
• Strong presentation and communication skills,
• Proven experience in leading creative and production teams,
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment,
• Proficient in English.
