We are currently seeking a Dispatch Representative to join our OPC department at Branson Travel Group. This role will primarily involve data entry tasks, along with answering incoming phone calls. This role is instrumental in supporting our department’s efficiency and success. Flexible work schedules ranging from 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm and/or 12pm-8pm. Weekends and holidays will apply.

Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain uptodate records.

Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate department or individual.

Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the OPC department.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience as a Dispatch Worker or in a similar role preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (accuracy is a must).
