OPD Cluster Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive growth and performance of OPD services across multiple centers.
• Onboard and maintain strong relationships with doctors.
• OPD calling
• Health camps
• Hotspot activities
• Referral networks
• Ensure effective community outreach initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the OPD team for productivity and goal alignment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations) for smooth execution.
• Track performance, share insights, and ensure continuous improvement.
• 3–6 years of experience in healthcare operations or business development.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to deliver results through strategic planning and team management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
