Required Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise

8+ years in container platform design and implementation.

Strong experience with Red Hat OpenShift (v4.x) architecture and components.

Knowledge of Kubernetes fundamentals and container orchestration.

Cloud & Infrastructure

Hands-on experience deploying OpenShift on Azure (ARO or self-managed clusters).

Familiarity with Azure networking, storage, and security services.

DevOps & Automation

Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Tekton, ArgoCD) and Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform).

Security & Compliance

Understanding of container security, image scanning, and compliance frameworks.

Other Skills

Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.

Excellent documentation and communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration or Architecture.

Experience with hybrid cloud and multi-cluster designs.

Familiarity with service mesh (Istio) and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
