- must to have experience in Transportation industry and at least one of the following pillars ( Traffic, Licenses, Rails, Public transportation)
- Serve as the single point of contact for Al initiatives within the assigned sector/agency, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic goals.
- Ensure buy-in from agency/sector leadership on proposed Al initiatives Align with Al Partners from other agency/sector to ensure cross-functional alignment and collaboration (e.g., partake in knowledge sharing forums)
- Provide technical consultation and support to agencies and sectors in employing Al and Data Science solutions within systems and applications.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, induding sector teams, vendors, and technical teams.
- Monitor project performance, tracking KPIs, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions to address issues with implementation.
- Ensure Al governance compliance, regulatory adherence, and ethical Al principles throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure Al projects are aligned with business needs and have clear use cases, preventing misalignment or underutilization postimplementation.
- Facilitate procurement activities, including preparing technical inputs for RFPs, vendor evaluations, and contract management in collaboration with procurement teams.
- Support financial management activities such as cost estimation, budgeting, and tracking expenditures to maintain alignment with approved budgets.
- Oversee post-implementation support, ensuring Al solutions are properly integrated, utifized, and optimized for operations.
- Assess project outcomes, identifying lessons learned and areas for continuous improvement in Al project execution. Provide regular updates and reports to leadership, ensuring visibility into sector/agency-level Al progress. Ensure projects are well implemented and notjust deployed, addressing adoption challenges and operational integration. Validate project deliverables, manage approvals, update OPMS, track project payments, and handle change requests, variations, and claims per -approved procedures. Ensure readiness for Al project implementation, actively addressing potential risks, ethical concerns, and compliance issues.
- Stay updated on emerging Al trends, including Generative Al, and assesstheir relevance to Al initiatives.
