Job description

As an Jr HR, you will support the HR team in various administrative and HR-related tasks, gaining valuable experience in recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and more. This internship will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that impact our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support:
  • Assist in posting job openings on job boards and company career pages.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Participate in interviews and provide feedback on candidates.
  • Onboarding:
  • Assist in the preparation of onboarding materials for new hires.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and ensure new employees are integrated smoothly into the company.
  • Support the completion of new hire paperwork and documentation.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support the administration of employee surveys and feedback mechanisms.
  • Help address employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
  • Training and Development:
  • Coordinate for training sessions and workshops.
  • Assist in the development and updating of training materials.
  • Maintain training records and track employee progress.
  • HR Administration:
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Support the preparation of HR reports and metrics.
  • Compliance and Policy:
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Power BI)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Help update and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • CHENNAI BASED CANDIDATES ARE PREFERABLE

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
