Maintenance of bio-metric time sheet and attendance records

• Manage and verify data entry process in payroll software
• Responsible for accurate and timely payment of salary
• Maintenance of employees personal records
• Preparation of Salary structure, increment calculations, arrears workings, etc.
• Handling Documentations -Appointment orders, relieving letter, salary and service certificates, etc.
• Handling Bonus payment, Earned leave and EL surrender, full and final settlements.
• Answering queries related to salary and statutory requirements from employees
• Facing internal and external audits related to payroll and statutory requirements
• Handling Medical Insurance, Group Insurance policy and claim process
• Provide MIS reports related to Payroll and Manpower on monthly and annual basis
• Sourcing candidates through job portals and Man power agencies.
• Collection and maintenance of performance appraisal records
• Handling Internal / External Payroll Audits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
