Job Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Selection:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for technical, non-technical, and plant-based positions.
• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, references, and campus drives.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule further interview rounds.
• Coordinate with departmental heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Manage onboarding formalities and ensure smooth joining of selected candidates.

2. Database Management:

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Prepare recruitment status reports for management review.
