OpenText Exstream Developer

Capgemini is seeking an experienced OpenText Exstream Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions and hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream v16 or higher. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering high-quality communication solutions across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex communication templates using OpenText Exstream Design Manager and Empower Editor.
• Implement data mapping, scripting, and rule-based logic to create personalized and dynamic content.
• Configure and manage output formats including PDF, AFP, HTML, XML, and others.
• Work on CCM delivery channels such as print, email, SMS, and web portals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of communication solutions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance for large-scale CCM implementations.

Requirements

Overall Exp :8+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream (v16 or higher).

Skills :

Exstream Cloud Native (CN) is preferred.

Strong knowledge of Design Manager, Empower Editor, data mapping, scripting, and rule-based logic.

Expertise in output formats: PDF, AFP, HTML, XML.

Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JavaScript, and SQL.

Solid understanding of CCM delivery channels (print, email, SMS, web portals).
