Operating Room Materials Coordinator (supply chain)

OR Materials Coordinator

Specific work responsibilities: Breaking down deliveries, loading clean carts with delivered product, delivering carts to designated areas.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• HS Diploma
• Materials Management experience
• Familiar with Microsoft applications, such as Excel & Word.
• Stand, bend, walk for periods at a time, Push/ Pull 80lbs, lift 40 lbs.

Network Access and/or Various Apps needed:

Network access, outlook, Microsoft Office applications, Lawson, Wavemark, Epic & Trackcore

Required Licenses/Certifications:

Driver's License (needed for travel to ASC locations, as needed)

Desired Qualifications:

Lawson Experience, Supply Chain, experience in a surgical setting, Customer Service skill set. Intermediate to Advance skill set in office applications, such as Excel.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

Able to lift 40lbs, push/ pull 100 lbs., May site, walk or stand for an extended period of time. Must wear hospital supplied scrubs, PPE attire, as required.

Special Considerations:

* Schedule could fluctuate based off need. May need to travel to an ASC location (all within a 30-mile radius)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $21.40 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• MATERIAL COORDINATOR: 1 year (Required)
• Supply chain: 1 year (Preferred)
• Inventory management: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Shift availability:

• Night Shift (Required)

Work Location: In person
