Operation Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a Aggregator Operations Executive to manage our clients' online food delivery platforms. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with data and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily sales and performance reports from delivery platforoperatms.
• Check menus, prices, photos, and item availability across all platforms.
• Monitor store status throughout the day and report offline branches immediately.
• Track customer reviews and flag negative feedback.
• Maintain Google Sheets, trackers, and reports.
• Identify trends and report important issues to the team.

Requirements

• Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Operations Executive, or in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple daily tasks.
• Experience with food delivery platforms (Talabat, Careem, Noon, Deliveroo, etc.) is an advantage.

timing: 11:00am to 7:30pm
