Operation and Maintenance supervisor ( Solar )

• Supervise day-to-day operation and maintenance of solar PV plants
• Monitor plant performance and ensure maximum generation
• Plan and execute preventive & corrective maintenance activities
• Coordinate with technicians and contractors at site
• Ensure inverter, panels, cables, and electrical equipment health
• Maintain O&M records, reports, and checklists
• Identify faults and ensure timely rectification
• Ensure safety procedures and PPE compliance at site
• Support breakdown analysis and root cause identification
• Coordinate spare parts and inventory requirements

Required Skills

• Knowledge of solar PV system and components
• Understanding of electrical systems and safety practices
• Ability to read electrical drawings and layouts
• Basic troubleshooting of solar plant faults
• Team supervision and coordination skills
• Reporting and documentation ability

Qualification

• Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Electrical / Renewable Energy
• Solar O&M certification (preferred)

Experience

• 2–5 years in solar plant O&M / electrical maintenance
• Experience in ground-mounted or rooftop solar plants preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
