- Assist in daily operations and ensure workflow efficiency across departments.
- Prepare, maintain, and update operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office requirements.
- Support procurement, inventory management, and office logistics.
- Handle data entry, file management, and document tracking.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and assist HR/Accounts as needed.
- Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Provide administrative support for audits, compliance, and process improvement.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Support management with periodic reports and operational analysis.
