  • Assist in daily operations and ensure workflow efficiency across departments.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update operational records, reports, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office requirements.
  • Support procurement, inventory management, and office logistics.
  • Handle data entry, file management, and document tracking.
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and assist HR/Accounts as needed.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Provide administrative support for audits, compliance, and process improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Support management with periodic reports and operational analysis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
