Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Manhour & Timesheet Management
-
Record, monitor, and update daily man-hours for all personnel.

Upload, maintain, and verify man-hour records for third-party workforce.

Prepare, review, and submit timesheets, field tickets, and overtime reports.

Documentation & Compliance
-
Maintain and update transportation logs.
-
Track, manage, and follow up on Aramco ID files, renewals, and compliance requirements.
-
Follow up with clients regarding required documentation, renewals, and approvals.
-
Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and aligned with client expectations.

Training Coordination
-
Schedule and coordinate mandatory trainings such as Pre-WAP, WAP, HUET, and client-specific inductions.

Manage OGUK and periodic medical schedules for technicians.

Maintain and update training records for third-party personnel.
-
Employee Recognition & Administrative Support
-
Support employee recognition programs for technician performance and achievements.
-
Provide operational and administrative support to HR and Operations teams.
-
Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility across different roles
Qualifications &Skills:
-
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Operations, or related field.

Experience in operations coordination, manpower management, or project administration preferred.

Familiarity with Aramco processes (ID, Pre-WAP/WAP, HUET, OGUK) is an advantage.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and operational systems.
-
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.

High attention to detail and accuracy.
