Job Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Manhour & Timesheet Management
  • Record, monitor, and update daily man-hours for all personnel.
  • Upload, maintain, and verify man-hour records for third-party workforce.
  • Prepare, review, and submit timesheets, field tickets, and overtime reports.
  • Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain and update transportation logs.
  • Track, manage, and follow up on Aramco ID files, renewals, and compliance requirements.
  • Follow up with clients regarding required documentation, renewals, and approvals.
  • Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Training Coordination
  • Schedule and coordinate mandatory trainings such as Pre-WAP, WAP, HUET, and client-specific inductions.
  • Manage OGUK and periodic medical schedules for technicians.
  • Maintain and update training records for third-party personnel.
  • Employee Recognition & Administrative Support
  • Support employee recognition programs for technician performance and achievements.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to HR and Operations teams.
  • Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility across different roles



Qualifications &Skills:


  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Operations, or related field.
  • Experience in operations coordination, manpower management, or project administration preferred.
  • Familiarity with Aramco processes (ID, Pre-WAP/WAP, HUET, OGUK) is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and operational systems.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
