Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate effective coordination between the Team Leader and Sales Department to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Implement and support the company’s CRM strategies to enhance customer relationship management and data accuracy.

Monitor and evaluate sales performance through regular tracking and reporting mechanisms.

Assist the Sales team in preparing and reviewing client proposals.

Develop and maintain documentation for operational procedures.

Generate and analyze sales reports to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
