Operation Engineer

We are looking for an Operation Engineer to join Ravago Building Solutions at our Kocaeli plant.

Ravago Building Solutions (RBS) is one of Turkey’s leading manufacturers of insulation and construction materials under the Ravago Türkiye Group. With production facilities in Kayseri, Kocaeli, and Dilovası, RBS produces stone wool, ceramic wool, bituminous membranes, and XPS insulation boards

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical or Mechanical Engineering),
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment,
• Advanced level of both written and spoken English,
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and ERP systems (Production Planning & Stock Management modules),
• Strong leadership, coaching, and coordination skills,
• Analytical thinking, strong planning and organizational skills, and attention to detail.

What We Expect from You:

• Develop and manage production strategies to optimize cost efficiency (raw material, conversion cost, activity rate, etc.) and profitability,
• Lead demand planning, inventory management, line scheduling, and materials requirements planning processes,
• Collaborate with the Sales team to align production plans for make-to-stock and make-to-order products, ensuring flexibility and prioritization,
• Monitor and improve key KPIs such as product quality, production variance, inventory turnover, order lead times, product availability, and service level.
