Job Purpose

The Operations Executive is responsible for executing the installation and commissioning of RFID systems at various project sites, ensuring optimal performance in line with company standards. The role involves coordinating field operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and supporting the team to meet project timelines and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the installation of RFID systems according to technical and operational requirements.
• Conduct initial testing and commissioning to ensure proper system functionality.
• Configure and integrate systems with existing setups on-site.
• Perform field visits to project locations to carry out operational tasks.
• Ensure all installation and execution work is completed within assigned timelines.
• Report technical or logistical challenges that may affect project execution.
• Provide field reports on system performance and project progress.
• Conduct system maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal operation.
• Coordinate with project management, technical teams, and supervisors for efficient task completion.
• Communicate with clients and end users on-site to ensure satisfaction with delivered services.
  
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related technical field.
• 1–2 years of experience in technical installation or project execution (preferably in RFID or automation systems).
• Hands-on experience in fieldwork and technical project implementation.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to solve on-site issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.

Working Conditions

• Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (with flexibility to work extra hours if required)
• Days Off: Friday and Saturday
• Location: Zahraa El Maadi (with required field visits)
