- Monitoring MBC Social Accounts to make sure that all accounts:
- Updated based on the on-air grid.
- Committed to the copyrights policy.
- Committed to the Content Guidelines
- Committed to the Visual Guidelines
- Committed to the Publishing Guidelines
- Committed to the Clipping Rules
- Updating the Digital Content Master Sheet based on the on-air grid and Content Calendar to include the following info for each title:
- title
- Genre
- Channel
- Rights type
- Rights Details
- Episodes Per Week
- Episode Duration
- Status (First Run or Repeat)
- ON Screen (Yes or No)
- Updating music sheet rights based on the rights received from music office team
- Updating GTV sheets with new grid for all channels.
- Supporting the Digital team:
- sharing the new grid with the units and highlighting the new shows.
- sharing the metadata of any show when requested based on WhatsOn System.
- Sharing the house number of the show/episode when requested
- Providing the content of the "movie guide" to the Mobile team for all MBC Channels
