Job Summary:
Responsible for creating social media campaigns on a timely basis. Create studies covering the best practices and the latest developments in the market. Setup and develop frequent reports to measure post campaigns growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Specify the business need of each campaign through Business lines & the concerned departments brief to create the related Campaigns in alignment with QNB group guidelines.
2. Set up advertising campaign direction and theme before sending to advertising agencies.
3. Integrate QNB Group’s comments in social media campaigns.
4. Ensure that Social Media Campaigns/Plans that are created, reviewed, and posted on a regular manner through different channels.
5. Fully utilize all digital channels (social media, Internet Banking, Emails, Mobile Banking, Screens, LCD & ATM Screens) to promote different products & services to ensure following the updated brand guidelines in terms of layout & content.
6. Handle community related issues (customer complaints & inquiries through bank social media channels)
7. Attract potential customers through targeted digital campaigns and enhance customer satisfaction level.
8. Document all the valuable output from communicating with the Business line and Social Media agencies and report them for the manager for future campaign implementation.
9. Provide SWOT analysis reports that would help increase the campaign’s penetration.
10. Set up/ develop frequent reports that measure campaigns growth for Meta, google, YouTube and LinkedIn in terms of specific goals and KPIS.
11. Brainstorm with the team for new techniques, designs and captions that could be implemented.
12. Keep track of the latest social media developments and provide suggestions to add it in future campaigns.
13. Create advertisements on Google Display Network (GDN) and asses their performance.
14. Ensure the correct adoption of all policies and procedures to guarantee that QNB business is conducted in compliance with local law, internal rules and regulations, as well as International Standards.
Education :
Experience:
Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in a relevant field
Skills:
Independent, innovative, affirmative, sharp & focused.
Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills.
Ability to manage different tasks and assignments in parallel.
Good familiarity with different communication strategies, marketing techniques, and Public Relations.
Ability to work under pressure and manage a team.
Fluency in Arabic & English written/spoken.
Very good computer knowledge.
