Job Title: Operation Executive (Female)

As an Operations Executive, you will play a key role in coordinating technical and operational tasks, managing documentation, and supporting data analysis and reporting. Your role will involve liaising across teams, handling administrative responsibilities, and ensuring that our operational processes run smoothly and efficiently. This is an ideal role for candidates with prior technical coordination experience who are detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and are comfortable with data management and Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Preparations of Quotation, Purchase order etc.
• Vendor and Contract Management.
• Supply-Chain Management.
• Follow-up of Orders, Renewals, Customers and Partners.
• Order Load, Material inward/outward check.
• E-Mail management (Check & Reply)
• Daily reporting.
• Office Maintenance.
• Day-to-day operations handling.
• Technical Coordination: Collaborate with technical teams to track project progress, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations across departments.
• Data Management and Reporting: Create, update, and manage Excel sheets to track operations metrics, performance reports, and project timelines; prepare summary reports for management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 Month to 1 years of proven experience in the field of operations or back office.
• Bachelor's degree BCA, B. Com. Computers.
• Should expert in computer operating.
• Candidates having tally knowledge will be prefferd.
• Should have excellent command on MS-OFFICE (Word, Excel)
• Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
• Excellent communication and Writing skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellence in Email writing and reporting.

Salary range: 15k to 17k CTC per month

Day Shift: Monday to Saturday (10 a.m to 7 p.m)
